Delete from the app
If you are signed in, open Settings and tap Delete account. You may be asked to confirm with Sign in with Apple, or with your password for App Review demo accounts.
This permanently deletes:
- your backend account profile
- synced wellbeing data (mood entries, focus sessions, Daily Calm progress, notification preferences, and AI usage records)
- your Firebase Authentication account
After deletion, local leftover data on that phone can be removed by uninstalling the app.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the in-app control, email yigit.cilli@gmail.com with the subject line CalmerNow account deletion. Include the email or Sign in with Apple identifier tied to the account. After we verify the request, we delete or de-identify account data we control.
What may remain
Apple ID / App Store and Google Play purchase records remain under Apple or Google according to their policies. If you create a new account later, use Restore Purchases on the paywall to recover Lifetime Premium.
Signing out is not deletion. Uninstalling the app removes local data on that device but does not by itself delete a cloud account.
Website contact messages
Support emails or contact-form messages you send us may be retained as needed to complete your request and keep basic records.
