1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using CalmerNow, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Wellness nature of the service
CalmerNow provides self-help wellness tools such as breathing, grounding, sounds, mood check-ins, journaling, focus timers, and optional AI writing aids. It is not a medical, clinical, or emergency service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You may use many tools without an account. If you sign in, you are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information where requested.
4. Purchases and Lifetime Premium
Optional Lifetime Premium is a one-time in-app purchase in the current product. Recurring subscriptions are not wired as the current iOS lifetime offering. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not collect your full payment card details.
Restore Purchases is available on the paywall so you can recover entitlements after reinstalling or changing devices. Entitlements are managed with RevenueCat in addition to the store.
5. Refunds
Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Contact the store you used, or email us and we will point you to the right path.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse CalmerNow, including by:
- attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
- using the AI tools to generate harmful or unlawful content
- impersonating others or accessing another person’s account
- overloading the API beyond normal personal use
7. Intellectual property
CalmerNow, the app icon, illustrations, copy, and software are owned by Yigit Cilli / CalmerNow or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Third-party services
The app may rely on Apple, Google (including Firebase and Gemini for requested AI features), RevenueCat, and cloud hosting. Their terms apply when you use those services.
9. Availability
We aim to keep CalmerNow available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the app is updated.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Wellness tools may not work the same for every person.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yigit Cilli and CalmerNow are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we must do so to protect the service or other users.
13. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Yigit Cilli in Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country say otherwise. Store purchases remain subject to Apple or Google terms.
